About the Job
Were seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Visual Content Artist with a strong foundation in 2D illustration to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on crafting stylized, eye-catching visuals, particularly in cute, chibi, or game-inspired art styles while also contributing to social content creation and short-form editing. Youll play a key role in bringing our visual identity to life across multiple platforms and formats.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with the Art Lead, Marketing, and Social teams to develop visually engaging 2D artwork for digital campaigns and storytelling assets.
• Create polished illustrations, including character-focused compositions and painted-over 3D models, for entertainment-centric online content.
• Sketch visual concepts from prompts and iterate based on feedback from creative leads.
• Maintain a consistent aesthetic and high-quality bar across all artwork, aligning with brand voice and platform-specific needs.
• Support social campaigns by designing visuals optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including edits, memes, and graphics.
• Stay in tune with art and internet culture trends to keep visuals fresh, expressive, and engaging.
• Organize and manage layered Photoshop files with clean structures and naming conventions.
• Contribute to basic motion graphics, light animation, or video editing.

What We're Looking For

• 24 years of experience in digital illustration, visual design, or a similar creative field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with comfort using Illustrator and Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to create character-driven artwork in a cute, stylized aesthetic, especially for youth-oriented or fandom-based audiences.
• Solid understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• A collaborative spirit, open to feedback and iteration in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Awareness of social media platforms and how visuals drive performance and engagement.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize effectively under creative direction.

Bonus

• Experience with video games like Minecraft or Roblox.
• Familiarity with animation, motion graphics, or mobile-first content creation.
• Comfort painting over 3D base models or rendering stylized concept art.
• Hands-on skills in mobile photography or simple video capture workflows.
