ABA Behavior Technician, providing ABA therapy services to children under the mentorship of a licensed, case supervisor.

Compensation: Pay: $20 - 30/ hour based on experience. Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.

Our Kiddos: 2-10 years old, many in early intervention (2-5 years old). Fair Warning - you may become attached.
Environment: - We are a hands-off company working with autistic children who sometimes require verbal and non-physical de-escalation. We train you to do this properly.

What You'll Do: - Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with the support of Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBSs) and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
- Collect data and write notes on the child's progress and behavior to track their development, and acquire caregiver session signatures with our electronic, secure app.
- Work closely with a supportive team of clinicians, caregivers, and office staff to provide quality service to our wonderful clients.

Qualifications: - Experience working with children.
- Highly preferred experience - providing ABA therapy to children
- A desire to learn and grow in the field of ABA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation (inside or outside of city clients)
- Bus line transportation (inside of city clients)
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, stooping - some lifting.
