Job Summary : The Breakfast Attendant assists with operation of restaurant breakfast area. They will Interact professionally, effectively, and in a friendly manner with all guests. Helps maintain the high quality standards of breakfast. Serves and waits on guests.

Provides highest quality service to the guest at all times.
Responds appropriately to any requests or concerns.
Follows all safe food handling procedures.
Knowledgeable of all continental breakfast core items.
Maintains breakfast area in a clean, functional manner.
Informs management of all guest-related problems and any shortages of core items.
Knowledgeable of safety and security measures of the hotel.
Must be able to work early morning shifts.
Other duties as assigned.
