As a Business Consultant, you will contribute to the success of the engagement by learning the necessary skills and supporting client requests following best practices. Key Responsibilities Assume hands-on Center of Excellence (COE) duties for Wallstreet Suite, including Business as Usual (BAU) support, static data maintenance, managing client configurations, running internal processes, performing minor system configurations, and liaising with Support Services on bugs or enhancements. Provide business analysis and troubleshooting to ensure the ION solution aligns with client needs. Adhere to best practices and documentation standards, participating in quality reviews. Keep managers informed about responsibilities' status and maintain full chargeability on client accounts. Develop industry and functional expertise through client engagements and training. Present product solutions to clients under supervision. Gather and document business requirements, design configurations, and prepare test plans and results. Attend product training to understand system functionality and architecture. Travel to client sites as needed. Support BAU activities with full overlap of US Eastern or EMEA CET hours depending on the client. Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Experience supporting Wallstreet Suite or similar products, including reports and internal processes. Experience in one or more Wallstreet Suite modules is a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience. 1-4 years of relevant industry experience; 1 year preferred with ION or other TRM systems. Strong client-facing, interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work onsite and as part of a team. Treasury industry experience is a plus.
