Position Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you will play a critical role in fueling our growth. You’ll engage inbound leads , educate prospects on our ecosystem of solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process , from discovery to close.

This is a high-impact opportunity for driven professionals seeking to accelerate their careers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where results are rewarded and growth is unlimited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage prospects via phone, video, email, and online channels, delivering clear and compelling presentations

  • Lead prospects through the sales journey, address objections, and consistently close new business

  • Meet and exceed individual quotas, KPIs, and revenue targets

  • Track all interactions and pipeline progress using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Collaborate with leadership and teammates to refine sales strategies and share best practices

  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and skill development programs

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of success in sales, account management, or business development (B2B or B2C)

  • Proven ability to prospect, build rapport, and close deals in a quota-driven environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills , able to quickly build trust and credibility

  • Highly motivated by results and driven to exceed goals

  • Proficiency with CRMs and digital sales tools (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred)

  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and embraces new challenges
