Campus Recruiter Overview The Campus Recruiter drives the recruitment and selection efforts for the internship program in collaboration with the broader internship team. This role is responsible for developing and executing campus, internal, and online recruiting strategies that align with the network’s selection, contract, and conversion goals. The Campus Recruiter analyzes recruitment metrics, recommends improvements, and ensures accurate records in the Internet Collaborative Information Management Systems (iCIMS). This position plays a key role in fostering a positive internship culture by engaging office staff and leadership to support and promote the program. The recruiter’s efforts contribute to the overall success of the program, from sourcing high-quality candidates to facilitating a smooth transition from internship to full-time opportunities.
