LHH is looking for a dynamic Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client’s Human Resources team in Chicago. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for our internship and co-op programs, while building strong relationships with universities and student organizations to elevate our on-campus employer brand. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for intern and co-op positions—from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and deliver top student talent.
  • Design and execute campus recruitment strategies, including career fairs, on-campus interviews, and employer branding events.
  • Conduct interviews at target universities and foster relationships with student organizations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics and program outcomes.
  • Support HR initiatives and contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on campus recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS platforms preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to university campuses as needed.
Pay/Benefits:
  • Pay is $30/hr - $36/hr dependent on experience
  • Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
