Job Summary
We are looking for a hard-working Car Detailer to join our team. As a Car Detailer, you will provide thorough vehicle cleaning services, including washing and buffing exteriors and thorough detailing of interiors. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring repeat business. The Car Detailer must be capable of work that meets our company’s high standards and the standards of our valued customers. LR Auto Sales, Inc. receives a great deal of positive comments regarding the cleanliness of vehicles we have for sale. This is part of our brand and a new Car Detailer is expected to help us continue this tradition.
Responsibilities
Perform vehicle inspections pre and post-detailing
Clean the interiors and exteriors of vehicles using approved products and procedures
Ensure areas that are not often seen are cleaned to the same standard as the more visible areas
Relocate vehicles to various locations within the dealership
Willingness to learn new ways to detail a vehicle as well as perform some of the easier repairs where a mechanic is not needed
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Car Detailer is preferred
High level of attention to detail
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including extended periods of walking, bending, and standing
Strict adherence to company policies and service standards
