About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the fund level to provide strategic financial leadership across its multi-unit restaurant brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with the fund's investment objectives, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with private equity expectations. This role involves serving as the primary financial liaison, establishing financial controls, and leading capital allocation strategies. The CFO will also be instrumental in M&A activities, including financial due diligence, and will be expected to have a deep understanding of multi-unit restaurant finance, M&A, financial restructuring, and driving EBITDA growth in a private equity-backed environment. Applicants for the CFO position at the fund level should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a private equity-backed multi-unit restaurant or retail environment, is required. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in managing multiple CFOs, strong expertise in restaurant unit economics, franchising, and corporate finance, and deep knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, capital markets, and M&A execution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at balancing financial discipline with growth initiatives, and will possess advanced financial planning, reporting, and analytical capabilities. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to influence C-suite executives and investors are essential.
