CNC Programmer \n

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs to support efficient and high-quality production. This role requires strong programming skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production leadership.
\n Key Responsibilities \nDevelop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for milling and/or turning operations
\nProgram using Fusion 360 (required) and ESPRIT (required)
\nSelect appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies
\nSupport shop floor operations by troubleshooting programs and resolving machining issues
\nReview blueprints, CAD models, and specifications to ensure accurate programming
\nImprove cycle times, tool life, and overall machining efficiency
\nWork closely with CNC machinists to ensure smooth program execution
\nMaintain program documentation and revision control
\nEnsure compliance with quality and safety standards
\nMinimum of 3 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment
\nFusion 360 experience is required
\nESPRIT programming experience is required
\nStrong understanding of CNC milling and/or turning processes
\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
\nKnowledge of tooling, fixturing, and machining best practices
\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills
\nExperience in aerospace, foundry, or high-precision manufacturing environments
\nFamiliarity with multi-axis machining (3, 4, or 5-axis)
\nExperience working with tight tolerances and complex parts
\nManufacturing / shop floor environment
\nMay require standing, walking, and lifting within safety guidelines
