Join Us as a CNC Tube Laser Technician

You arrive for the evening shift in Hope, AR at 4:00 PM, review the day’s production queue, load programs, and fine-tune your tube laser setup. Throughout the night, you verify dimensions against blueprints, monitor cut quality, adjust parameters for accuracy, and keep your work area clean and organized. You collaborate with your supervisor to report maintenance needs and follow safety protocols to the letter—wrapping up a productive shift at 2:00 AM with high-quality parts ready for the next stage.

• Pay: $16.50–$17.50 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Operate tube laser equipment to cut and profile metal tubing precisely to specification.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelers to set up each run correctly.
• Configure and adjust machine settings to meet production requirements.
• Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and overall quality.
• Maintain an orderly, safe, and clean work environment.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly to supervisors.

What You Bring

• Experience operating tube laser machinery (preferred).
• Ability to read and apply technical drawings/blueprints.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Self-starter who also collaborates well with a team.
• Dependable and punctual for evening/night shift hours.
• Capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Additional Information
