We are seeking a Mid or Senior Level Conflicts Analyst for our Client Intake & Conflicts team, located in our downtown San Diego office. Compensation Proposed pay range: $80,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr. Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Responsibilities Open new matters, handle conflict requests, and process client/matter maintenance. Prepare and manage ethical screens and monitor watchlist searches. Train new team members and take on special projects. Correspond with attorneys daily to obtain pertinent information regarding new and ongoing client matters. Maintain strong technical, customer service, and organizational skills and use MS Office Suite. Qualifications 4+ years of conflicts experience in a law firm. Experience with Intapp Open, Intapp Walls, and Aderant. Comfortable learning new technology and systems. Strong follow‑up, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team player with a positive, professional attitude. Local candidate preferred.
