Job Title: Estimator

Location: Atlanta, GA

Salary: $90K + Benefits

We are a specialist in commercial concrete construction, delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we’re looking for a Concrete Estimator to join our growing team and play a key role in securing and delivering major commercial concrete projects.

As a Concrete Estimator, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial concrete works. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure bids are competitive, thorough, and aligned with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Quantify materials, labour, and equipment for concrete works.
• Obtain and assess supplier/subcontractor quotes.
• Prepare detailed take-offs and bills of quantities.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and site teams.
• Contribute to tender submissions and cost proposals.
• Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an estimator in commercial concrete or civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, processes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
