Job Details

We hope to hear from you if you have the following:

• 3-6 years of experience at a large law firm working on public and private debt and equity offerings
• Securities Exchange Act of 1934 reporting and advising clients on day-to-day governance matters including: SEC and stock exchange compliance, public company disclosure obligations and other business and transactional matters
• Barred in the state where you're applying
