Corporate Attorney - Transactions
Partner- M&A / Transactions

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled corporate transactions attorney that specializes in transactions to provide legal advice and services related to corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate formations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law and transactional processes, ensuring compliance and protecting the interests of our clients during various business activities.
Key Responsibilities - Advise clients on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and dissolutions.
- Draft and review corporate documents, including contracts and agreements related to buying and selling businesses.
- Assist in the formation of new corporate entities and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate law matters to support transaction processes.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of transactions on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients and other professionals to develop effective transaction strategies.
Qualifications
- Jurisdictionally licensed attorney with a focus on corporate law.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate transactions, M&A and related legal practices.
- Strong understanding of business law, contract law, and corporate governance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
