Locum CRNA Opportunity – Goshen, Indiana
Clinical Role:
Position: Locum Tenens – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Certifications Required: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible CRNA
Licensing: Active unrestricted license or Compact License
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days (Temps available with clean history and active license)
Certifications Needed (All AHA): BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
Additional Requirements:
350 recent case logs (past 12 months)
MD reference
Enrollment in INPCF required
Schedule & Call:
Regular Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Call:
Weeknight Call: 3 times/month (more during initial phase possible)
In-house primary call, 30-minute response for secondary
Post-call day off for first call provider
Practice Details:
Case Types:
High-acuity including General, Ortho, Urology, High-Risk OB (including VBACs), GYN, Cancer, Liver, Vascular, ENT, Radiology w/ Anesthesia, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, Light Cardiac
ASC Endoscopy (~2,100 cases/year)
Procedures Required:
Proficient in Spinals, Epidurals, and Regional Blocks (interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor canal, popliteal, TAPs)
Team Structure:
6 CRNAs and 4 MDs daily
9 total providers working daily (including ASC)

8 ORs
EMR: Medaxion
OB volume: ~1,300 births/year
In-house anesthesia call room
