School Psychologist – New Graduates & Experienced Professionals | Chesapeake, VA | Local & Travel Contracts

What Does “Travel” Mean?

Travel contracts are for professionals willing to temporarily relocate within Virginia for the school year. Blazer Jobs covers eligible housing stipends, meal per diem, travel reimbursement, and licensure assistance, helping you focus on your students, not the logistics.

Pay Ranges:

• Local: $52–$60/hr (W-2 with benefits)
• Travel: $1,793–$2,024+/week gross (including stipends, if eligible)

Your Impact:

• Conduct psychological evaluations & develop IEPs.
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff.
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional success.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Active Virginia license (or eligibility).
• Strong interpersonal & organizational skills.
