Job Title: Event Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Events Manager for a contract position running through October, with the potential to convert to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and executing both in-person and virtual events, with the ability to manage logistics, lead generation, and promotional campaigns independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute corporate events including webinars, workshops, trade shows, and summits
• Lead promotional campaigns using email, social media, and digital advertising to maximize attendance
• Manage logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and day-of execution
• Collaborate with marketing team on event content, presentations, and materials
• Serve as main contact for speakers and sponsors, managing communications and logistics
• Enhance attendee engagement and follow-up post-event to drive satisfaction and retention
• Monitor lead capture and provide reporting on event performance and conversions
• Track event budgets and ensure cost-effective planning
• Analyze results post-event and offer recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Need experience working and planning trade shows!
• 3–5 years of experience in event management, preferably within a tech or startup environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/marketing automation tools
• Familiarity with event marketing best practices and digital platforms
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Contract role through October, with possible extension or conversion
• Business casual dress code
