Executive Analyst

SAIC has an immediate need for an Executive Analyst to support MARFORCYBER located at Fort Meade, Maryland. Responsibilities include:

• Providing SME-level support, analysis, and research into highly complex problems and processes and deliver courses of action (COAs) to senior government leadership and decision-makers
• Supporting all staff elements in the interpretation and application of cyberspace/IO operations strategy, policy, and doctrine to command mission
• Creating and maintaining paper and electronic files and libraries of strategy, policy, doctrine, and assessment documents, and meta-data concerning such documents. Developing professional design elements to enhance reports, briefings, and conferences
• Providing skilled written and verbal communication to solicit, create, and design preparatory materials for the command, to include desired outcomes, key messages, biographies, event atmospherics, and media
• Preparing and delivering executive level products (reports, presentations, talking points, calendars, notes, itineraries, memoranda, query responses, and other required reports) consistent with Combatant Command-level, and higher, communication standards in accordance with designated deadlines
• Preparing and delivering highly skilled written and verbal material that is consistent with the policy and direction of the command and higher headquarters' messaging

Qualifications:

Required Education:

• Bachelors and eighteen (18) years or more related experience; Masters and sixteen (16) years or more experience; PhD or JD and fifteen (15) years or more experience; experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Required Skills:

• Excellent executive level oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge or demonstrated experience with, with the capacity to independently research, assess, and contribute to the solution generation
• Knowledge or experience with working within HQMC, USCYBERCOM and Direct Report Units

Target salary range: $200,001 - $240,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
