Accountabilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Draft and edit communications, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to support executive initiatives.
  • Track progress on key projects and report updates to executives.
  • Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format reports, contracts, and other documents as required.

Requirements

  • Min 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
