The Day-to-Day

• Own complex, rapidly shifting calendar management across global offices, leadership meetings, candidate interviews, and crossfunctional priorities.
• Coordinate and execute all travel, logistics, and offsites (domestic & international), ensuring seamless, hightouch support.
• Prepare executive briefing materials, agendas, and followthrough workflows to keep the CPOs priorities aligned with company objectives.
• Act as an externalfacing liaison with candidates, partners, investors, and People leadership stakeholders ensuring polished, consistent communication at all touchpoints.
