This successful Chicago based Law Firm, is currently experiencing rapid growth and wanting to hire a few key Associate Attorneys to assist with its Immigration courtroom cases. If you have family based Immigration experience and are courtroom savvy, please read on.

Our firm is seeking to hire a bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking, Immigration attorney with EOIR court experience that is willing to practice in court (depending on location, some travel may be required) to handle cases in and around the Albuquerque, New Mexico area.

Job Summary: This position requires a self-starter with the desire and discipline to work remotely. You will find that this will not only be challenging work, but rewarding, as you assist your client(s) while you assist you clients with their legal needs.

  • As a remote Immigration Attorney, you will have regular contact with your clients and be able to communicate promptly at all times.
  • As a remote Immigration Attorney, you will manage case files in an effective and organized manner demonstrating productivity and efficiency.
  • The ideal candidate with be a Licensed Attorney with Family Immigration and courtroom experience
  • Experience Microsoft Office, Outlook and "home office" technology is required.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.

Education and Other Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited Law School
  • 2-3 years of Immigration experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • You must possess the ability to handle a high-volume caseload
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Responsible, reliable and self-starting
  • Must be EOIR registered
