Experienced Regional Area Property Manager Experienced Regional Area Property Manager 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Experienced Regional Area Property Manager **Must have 4+ years experience as a Regional Area Manager of Multi- Family properties outside the Tri-State area** (If you do not have multi-family experience outside the Tri-State area you will not be considered) Experience: 5+ years in property management (required) Broad Management Group is seeking an experienced Regional Area Property Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of multifamily properties. This leadership role is responsible for driving property performance, managing property teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering strong tenant relationships. Key Responsibilities for the Regional Area Property Manager:

• Supervise and support property managers and on-site teams
• Maximize occupancy, leasing activity, and property profitability
• Maintain compliance with property regulations and standards
• Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and negotiate vendor contracts
• Handle escalated tenant issues and retention strategies
• Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews
• Prepare and deliver property performance reports to senior management

Requirements for the Regional Area Property Manager:

• 5+ years of property management experience with regional/multi-site oversight
• Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills
• Knowledge of real estate laws, leasing, and compliance practices
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region

Compensation For the Regional Area Property Manager:

• Salary $90,00 - $110,000 based on experience
• Job Type: Full-time | 8-hour shift | In-person
