Compensation: $170k-$200k base + 0.2%-0.6% equity (flexible for exceptional candidates)

Founding Full Stack Engineer to help us move fast and scale up.

- Technically Strong: You're fluent in modern web technologies and frameworks.
- Experienced: You have 5-8 years of hands-on engineering experience , ideally in fast-moving environments.
•Minimum Requirements - 5-8 years experience as a fullstack software engineer, building and iterating on real products
- Proven track record leading 01 product development at startups or high-growth companies
- Senior or staff-level engineer at a top-tier company (e.g. Stripe, Rippling, Brex, Harvey)
- FAANG experience is welcome if paired with early-stage product-building experience - Deep expertise in your preferred languages and frameworks (we care more about skill than stack)
- Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Fullstack capabilities with a frontend-leaning edge - comfortable designing clean UIs and component libraries
- Strong product sense - you refine things until they're right, not just until they work
Bonus Points - Interest in the personal finance or tax space
- Familiarity with secure data handling, document parsing, or integrations with IRS/tax software
- Desire to grow into a leadership role as the company scales
