Job Description

High-growth security infrastructure startup is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their fast-scaling team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that went from 50 to 180+ employees and is now building out its operations team to support this trajectory, where there's real room to grow in your role. In this role, you'll manage internal workflows such as maintaining employee records, on/offboarding, open enrollment, and implementing processes that create efficiencies. You'll work directly with a collaborative team of four ops professionals. Someone exceptionally organized and can juggle multiple work streams without dropping the ball, who is self-directed and brings genuine curiosity. Previous experience in Ops, HR, EA, or project management is a plus. This is a fully remote role. 120-135K+ DOE + equity, benefits including for dependents, 401k, flexible PTO, office stipend, and two fun team off-sites/year!

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records within the HRIS, including new hires, title and compensation changes, reporting structure, and onboarding or offboarding of employees and contractors.
  • Manage administrative steps related to new hires, from collecting information and initiating onboarding tasks to ensuring all forms and records are completed.
  • Update organizational and compensation details in line with established company procedures.
  • Support employee off-boarding process by managing system access removals, collecting necessary documentation, and completing all required steps on schedule.
  • Organize and maintain personnel files in accordance with internal standards and legal regulations.
  • Manage electronic mail files and triage important documents and information, updating systems where needed.
  • Assist with submitted invoices to vendors.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to create efficient and effective workflows.
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects across the broader Operations team.

Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of previous experience in an administrative, operations, or HR coordinator role, ideally within a dynamic or high-growth environment.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while exercising sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with initiative to identify issues early and ensure follow-through.
  • Approachable, curious, and confident in asking questions or voicing ideas when needed.
  • Comfortable engaging with employees and leaders professionally and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Quick to learn new systems and tools, with a preference for candidates familiar with platforms such as Rippling, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.

*Please Note: Your application will be considered for all open positions. You do not need to apply for multiple roles.
