For additional information, visit us at Job Description: Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Partner/Senior Partner in HR Transformation Consulting to lead and drive our HR transformation consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale HR transformation projects, providing strategic guidance to clients, and driving business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, technology, and change management, along with exceptional leadership and consulting skills. ͏͏ Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage large-scale HR transformation consulting projects, including strategy development, process redesign, technology implementation, and change management. 2. Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients on HR transformation initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions. 3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and driving business growth through identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts. 4. Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure project success and professional development. 5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and enhance HR transformation methodologies, tools, and offerings to meet client needs and market demands. 6. Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership content creation. 7. Responsible and accountable for driving practice growth by effectively managing revenue, order book, and bench resource management. ͏͏ Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in HR consulting, with a focus on HR transformation and change management. Proven track record in organization design with good understanding of Hire to retire policies, processes and procedures. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale HR transformation projects for clients across various industries leveraging AI/Gen AI for transformation. Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive business growth. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of consultants. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Relevant certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR are a plus.
