HVAC Service Manager

Location: Weare, NH
Salary: 100k
Vehicle Allowance: Company vehicle or $7500/year annual vehicle allowance (paid per pay check).
Fuel Allowance: Gas Card
Bonus: Discretionary performance bonus paid out twice a year (historically 15k-20k/year)

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for overall business results for the assigned team.
• Ability to monitor job costs, approve spending, and ensure department profitability through efficient decision making.
• Supports HVAC field technicians by providing technical advice and offering guidance when needed.
• Provides oversight (to dispatch) into scheduling HVAC field technicians when needed.
• Represents the company by serving as a direct customer contact, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Review work orders for accuracy and completion of work before billing is complete.
• Management responsibilities for the service team such as hiring, training, directing, mentoring, reviews, rewards, and disciplines.
• Work with other departments to provide proper support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocol.

What You Will Need

• Must have in-depth knowledge of various HVAC products, systems, electronics, and building controls.
• Associate's degree, or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
• One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Ten years of field experience
• Valid driver's license
• Business casual appearance
