*Brief Job Description:*
* 5 years of HVAC installation experience is required to be considered
* Deliver excellent customer service and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction
* Lead a team to install HVAC equipment at customer's homes and places of business according to company policies and manufactures specifications
* Fabricate and Install Ductwork and duct fittings
* Utilize our customer management system, Service Titan for notes, invoicing and collecting all Jobs
* Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure jobs are completed as accurately and efficiently as possible

Requirements
* 5 years of experience is required to be considered
* Proven Field Install experience
* Ability to lead and train a team to ensure success on every job
* Ability to work flexible shifts, occasional on call schedules, and to adapt to changing work schedules
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
* Physically capable to work in all outdoor environments and able to perform duties such as working on ladders and in crawl spaces
* Have own smartphone required to run applications
