Responsibilities :

• Provide coaching and guidance to clients to help them achieve their business and leadership goals.
• Utilise social media and other advertising platforms to generate leads for new business.
• Conduct structured interviews with new clients.
• Collaborate with clients to create actionable strategies and plans for business growth and success.
• Support clients in overcoming challenges, fostering resilience, and adapting to change.

Requirements :

• A passion for personal growth and leadership development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Familiar with social media platforms, and a willingness to learn how these can be used for business growth and networking.
• Ability to connect with clients and establish a trusted coaching relationship.
• Highly organised with exceptional time management skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
• 5 years experience in a profession or trade (post study).
