Farmers Insurance District Office of Northern Arizona is looking for insurance producers with the potential for agency ownership.

We are looking to fill these rolls in Williams, Flagstaff, Page, Bullhead City, Ft. Mohave, Golden Valley, Kingman, and Phoenix.

Our Culture & Your Career Growth Plan: Our agency mentorship program is designed to provide individuals an opportunity to grow their skills and business knowledge to become a potential Farmers agency owner while working for an existing Farmers agency owner. What kind of training will I receive?

We invest in our team members to help them succeed and achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals. You will receive the award-winning product and sales training that is exclusively offered in our agency.

Is prior insurance sales experience required?

No. You dont need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that youll need to be successful.

Is this a commission-only position?

Absolutely not. Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. This is salary + commission + bonuses (bonuses to be discussed with lead agency).

Team Building Events

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed
• Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
• Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our products and services
• Ability to achieve high sales targets
• Participate in agency lead generation
• Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team

• High school diploma (required)
• Interest in becoming insurance licensed (required) licensing assistance provided
• Past customer service experience (preferred)
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Must be coachable
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined
