Diagnose and treat mental health disorders. Create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress. Involve and advise family members when appropriate. Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities. Qualifications Master’s Degree or higher in related fields (Required). Full, active, applicable license (license based on office location). Applicants without a valid license will not be considered. Not currently hiring associate/intern therapists. 2+ years of diagnostic assessment and therapy experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) optional but a plus. Maintain professional licensure/certification throughout employment. Team player with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. EHR proficiency: experience with electronic health record systems; familiarity with NextGen desirable. Computer literacy across standard software; ability to adapt to new technologies.
