Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage and track inventory as it arrives and leaves the warehouse. This role involves tracking equipment using SAP, though prior experience with SAP is advantageous but not required. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and will be cross-trained to track parts, ensuring timely processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic functions, such as using filters, is essential due to the heavy computer usage involved. The role also requires the ability to walk up and down stairs while carrying parts.
Responsibilities
Track inventory as it comes in and goes out of the warehouse.
Manage equipment tracking using SAP (experience not required but helpful).
Use Microsoft Excel to track parts and ensure timely processing.
Perform data entry and manage shipping and receiving tasks.
Expedite processes and ensure efficient workflow.
Carry parts while walking up and down stairs.
Essential Skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel for basic functions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Proficiency in computer usage for data entry and tracking.
Experience in shipping and receiving operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with SAP for equipment tracking.

Work Environment
The role is based in a warehouse environment, requiring standing for a full 8-hour shift. Shifts include: 1st shift Mon-Fri 7:00-15:30; 6th shift Mon-Thurs 15:00-1:30; 7th shift Fri-Sun 6:00-18:00; and 8th shift Fri-Sun 18:00-6:00. Options are available to work an additional 4 hours during the week to reach 40 hours on the 7th and 8th shifts. The work environment supports a consistent schedule with regular breaks.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
