New Construction HVAC/R Lead & Helper Installers Wright’s Heat, Air & Refrigeration Inc. With new construction projects secured, we offer steady, year-round work. Position Overview We are seeking New Construction HVAC/R Lead Installers and Helper Installers to join our growing team. These roles focus on new construction and retrofit installations, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced but supportive environment. Whether you’re an experienced installer ready to lead or a motivated helper looking to grow your skills, we want to hear from you. Lead Installer Qualifications

  • Journeyman License (preferred / required if applicable)
  • EPA Certification
  • Strong experience in new construction HVAC/R installation
  • Ability to read blueprints and job specs
  • Leadership skills and ability to guide helpers
  • Own basic personal tools
  • Valid Driver’s License with insurable driving record
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and minimizing call-backs
Helper Installer Qualifications
  • HVAC/R installation experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • Own basic hand tools (preferred)
  • Valid Driver’s License (preferred)
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

  • No felony convictions
  • Ability to pass drug test and background check
  • Physically able to lift/move equipment and work outdoors
  • Availability for 40-hour workweeks, with overtime and weekends as needed
