Client management and planning
Consult with clients: Discuss and understand clients' preferences, budgets, and specific requirements for trips.
Research and recommend: Investigate destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to provide tailored recommendations and create detailed travel plans.
Handle special needs: Account for specific needs such as accessibility, dietary requirements, or necessary travel documents (passports, visas).
Booking and reservation management
Book services: Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services using booking systems.
Process payments: Handle deposits and final payments for bookings.
Manage changes: Address and manage any modifications or changes to bookings, including cancellations or delays.
Communication and support
Provide information: Supply clients with all necessary and pertinent information, including travel advisories, weather conditions, local customs, and how to maximize their budget.
Communicate throughout: Stay in regular contact with clients to confirm details, provide updates, and address any concerns they may have during or after their trip.
Offer post-trip support: Gather feedback after the trip to improve future services and assist with any post-trip issues.

Maintain records: Keep accurate and up-to-date electronic records of all bookings and client interactions.
