Registered Nurse

Our client is a private health management company devoted to providing an exceptional clinical team in the comfort, and privacy of a patient's own home. We are seeking dynamic, experienced, and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team of clinical care professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completes initial assessment of patient, and regularly re-evaluates patient nursing needs.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Communicates with Physician, Case Management team, and family members regarding any change in condition.
• Provides health care instructions to the patient and family per assessment and plan of care.
• Routinely updates electronic medical records according to policy.

Job Requirements:

• Current License for the state of California as a Registered Nurse.
• Associates Degree acceptable.
• Experience preferred but may consider newly graduated RN. Maintain a current CPR Certification.
• Must live locally nearby LA County.

• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Prompt and effective communicator who demonstrates excellent observation, problem solving, and both written and oral communication skills.
• Shows ability to organize and prioritize workload independently.
• Collaborates well with a team.

Job Types:

• Part-time, PRN, Per diem Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour (average hourly rate per 12-hour shift) commensurate with experience.
• Schedule: 12-hour shift Day shift Night shift
• Standard shift: Day shift/Night shift
• Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday with Weekend availability
