🚨 Now Hiring: Production Specialists – Northfield, MN

💼 Job Type: Contract to Hire

🕒 Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

💰 Pay: $19–$21/hour (Weekly Pay)

🔧 Position Overview

Join a growing, team-oriented manufacturing company in Cannon Falls as a Production Specialist . If you have at least 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing—or you're motivated and eager to learn—we want to hear from you!

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints
• Cut sheet stock and blanks to size
• Load/unload forming machines with care
• Set up and operate 3- and 5-axis routers
• Assist with programming and adjustments
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Perform drilling, routing, cutting, sanding, gluing, and assembly
• Scrape and sand rough edges; ensure parts are clean and defect-free
• Conduct basic equipment maintenance (oiling, greasing, cleaning)
• Operate Robomold equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and ISO standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and positive team relationships

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with hand tools and manufacturing machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work across multiple areas and adapt quickly
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills
• Background in production, assembly, mechanical assembly, general labor, or packaging

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northfield, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
