Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst (Remote)

(Must have LPN or RN degree)

Location: Remote – Must reside in the U.S.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST

Note: Flexibility required for occasional early (7 AM) or late (7 PM) shifts, twice per month

Training: M–F, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST for 4–6 weeks

Type: Contract-to-Hire (3 months)

Start Date: November 11, 2025

Pay:

• RN: $28.50/hr
• LPN: $26.50/hr

Position Overview:

We’re hiring Clinical Quality Assurance Analysts to support a remote healthcare coordination team. This role is ideal for licensed nurses with strong clinical judgment and attention to detail, looking for a full-time work-from-home opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify clinical documentation and referrals
• Ensure services provided align with client expectations and insurance policies
• Communicate findings via phone and email
• Edit and finalize reports for clarity and accuracy
• Manage time-sensitive cases with strong organizational skills

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Clinical experience (bedside or general nursing preferred)
• Previous remote work experience is a plus
• Reliable home office setup:
  • Desktop or laptop (no tablets/Chromebooks)
  • High-speed internet (DL speed > 20 Mbps)
  • Willingness to use a second monitor
  • Ability to hardwire into internet

Work Environment:

This is a performance-driven role with accountability to metrics. Candidates must be fully focused during work hours—no multitasking with personal responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $28.50/hr.
