Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Autism Intensive Program
Location: Hamilton, VA 20158
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Days | 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $26/hr
Contract Duration: 27 Weeks
Work Setting: 100% Onsite (No Remote Option)
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Autism Intensive Program for an exciting job in Hamilton, VA.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct 1:1 behavioral and instructional support to a student with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Implement ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA.
Collect and record behavioral and skill-acquisition data accurately and consistently.
Support communication, functional learning, and social skill goals throughout the school day.
Assist with transitions, sensory regulation strategies, and behavior-management approaches.
Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment aligned with behavior plans.
Collaborate with educational staff and participate in team meetings as needed.
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior-support techniques.
Ability to work a full onsite schedule, Monday through Friday.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in school-based Autism programs.
Training in CPI, Safety-Care, or similar crisis-prevention models.
Familiarity with IEP-driven service environments.
