We are a Bucks County Peer Reviewed CPA Firm seeking to hire a full-time CPA to join its four partner, twelve-person firm. The firm is tax driven and offers a wide range of accounting, tax, and business consulting services to help our clients succeed.

A successful candidate must have a BA/BS in accounting along with a minimum of 10 years current tax and accounting experience with a CPA firm. A CPA certification is required for this position. Excellent communication skills are required along with being highly organized with the able to work independently and effectively. The role is 100% onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax preparation of individual, corporate, partnership and fiduciary federal, state, and local income tax returns.
• Review tax returns prepared by other accountants.
• Preparation and examination of accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports for individuals and small businesses.
• Report analysis and findings to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license.
• 10+ years of public accounting experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop preferred.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft applications – Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Comfortable with both in-person and remote client interactions.
