FACE FOUNDRIÉ - GARDEN STATE, a fast-growing facial bar franchise, is hiring a sales-driven Manager to lead a high-energy team, grow memberships, and deliver an elevated client experience. This is a hands-on leadership role with real growth potential. The Sales & Operations Manager will work directly with the local owner who operates multiple locations in New Jersey and Florida and is actively expanding to bring efficient, high-quality skincare services to more clients. Role Overview

Job Title: Sales & Operations Manager

Job Type: Full-Time W2 Employee

Reports To: Franchise Business Owner

Location: FACE FOUNDRIÉ | Sea Girt, NJ

Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000 Base Salary plus bonus and incentive (total compensation estimated at $72,000 to $78,000 based on salary and goal achievement)

A Day in the Life:

• Drive performance through membership sales, rebooking, retail, and service revenue.
• Create a strong culture of service, accountability, and education.
• Coach, motivate, and develop your team to hit individual and center goals.
• Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and performance reviews.
• Execute promotions, events, and local marketing initiatives to grow the client base.
• Partner with ownership to support multi-location growth.

This Role Might Be a Good Fit For You If You:

• Have 4–5 years of people management experience, preferably in spa, beauty, wellness, fitness, or membership-based businesses
• Are fluent in reading a P&L, analyzing the financial impact of initiatives, forecasting business needs, and creating reports to measure success
• Have a proven track record in sales leadership and team development, including implementing detailed processes and demonstrating their impact
• Lead with empathy, balancing care for your team and clients with a results-driven, customer-centric mindset
• Are passionate about skincare, client experience, and delivering measurable results
• Possess strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• Are available to work weekends
