Senior Level Recruiter

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is looking for a senior level recruiter to be a critical part of the TA team to help drive strategy, mentor junior recruiters, and work the business to source, recruit, and hire top talent. This Recruiter will be responsible for:

• Consulting with the business to discuss and create staffing strategies and provide guidance on best practices and market trends.
• Sourcing, recruiting and hiring talent of assigned REQs within specified timeframes.
• Coaching junior recruiters.
• Participating in special projects and process innovation as requested.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years as a technical recruiter in the technology space
• Bachelors degree in business or STEM field
• Strong communication and influence skills
• Collaborative personality to work with various internal stakeholders
