Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. This role involves preparing and managing shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining documentation.

Shift: Second: 3 PM to 11 PM

Third: 11 PM to 7 AM

Pay: 18.90/hr

Responsibilities

• Set up the bagger for proper weights based on specific order requirements.

• Operate the stretch wrap machine efficiently.

• Mark bags with the appropriate product and lot numbers.

• Complete and maintain accurate documentation for all shipments.

Essential Skills

• Experience with general labor and manual labor tasks.

• Ability to operate a forklift.

• Experience in loading, unloading, production, and construction environments.

• Proficiency as a machine operator.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry materials up to 55 lbs regularly.

• Capability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb up to 70 feet.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Willingness to stand for 8+ hours a day.

Work Environment

Work in an outside manufacturing and production environment with a heavy industrial focus. Personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, and earplugs are required. Be prepared to work in varying temperatures and conditions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quincy, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.90 - $18.90/hr.
