Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Manager located in Redondo Beach, CA. The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the spa's high standards. The Spa Manager will also handle scheduling, inventory management, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth. Additional duties include budget management, resolving customer concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
