\nElectrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech Radiology Cardiology
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 36 hours per week with day/evening shifts
\n• Provide 2 days of late case coverage per week
\n• Must start no later than December 28th
\n• No on-call or weekend requirements
\n• No floating requirements
\n• 1 year EP Lab clinical experience required
\n• Unit accepts first-time travelers with required EP experience
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and CCI RCES/RCIS
\n• Preferred certifications: ARRT, Fluoro permit
\n• Must have experience with Cerner, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, hemodynamic monitoring/ablations
\n• EKG settings and experience required: Inpatient, Outpatient, obtaining vitals, sinus node rhythms
\n• Required equipment experience: Philips X-Ray machine/Siemens x-ray machine, GE Micropacer
\n• Preferred equipment experience: 3D mapping Biosense, 3D mapping Abbott/ESI, ViewMate U/Sound, Laser lead machine
\n• Handle average daily caseload of 18 cases
\n• Perform cardiac electrophysiology studies, cardioversion, ablations, device implants and extractions
\n• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
\n• Scrubs provided by facility
\n• 20 hours of orientation required
\n• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions

\nThis healthcare facility is a 748-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital recognized as one of the top 50 heart and vascular centers in the country. The facility features a 5-room electrophysiology lab equipped with advanced cardiac technology and utilizes Cerner charting system and GE Cardiolab for documentation. The organization maintains high standards for cardiac care and specializes in complex electrophysiology procedures including ablations, device implants, and cardiac mapping.
