\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 10-hour or 12-hour shifts depending on facility needs
\n• Occasional call and weekend coverage required
\n• 2 years of operating room experience required
\n• Accepts first-time travelers
\n• Must have experience in General OR, Pediatric General OR, and Trauma
\n• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, CNOR
\n• Epic charting system experience preferred
\n• Level 1 Trauma Center experience preferred
\n• Must live 100 miles or more from the facility
\n• General orientation begins on Sundays with online CBLs
\n• 16 hours of non-billable orientation required
\n• Expected to participate in nursing student support and clinical education
\n• Patient ratio of 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
\n• Work with patients across all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n• 18-room operating room facility
\n• Must complete drug testing within 12-14 calendar days prior to start date
\n• Fit testing required with facial hair restrictions per CDC guidelines
\n• Non-billable modules averaging 4-5 hours completed during orientation

The facility features an 18-room operating room suite and provides advanced surgical care including general surgery, pediatric surgery, trauma surgery, orthopedic procedures, neurosurgery, cardiovascular surgery, and robotic-assisted procedures. The organization maintains state-of-the-art equipment and technology, including Da Vinci Xi and Mako surgical systems, and offers extensive interdisciplinary support services including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.
