Vacation Planning Specialist

We are looking for a Vacation Planning Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning their vacations, offering personalized recommendations, and managing all the details of their travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities.
• Create customized itineraries that fit client budgets and expectations.
• Manage bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions.
• Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel.
• Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and supplier information.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for travel and customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or client service is helpful but not required.
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, or Australia.
