Position Overview:
The Accounting Associate will manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and support financial reporting. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. Candidates with leadership experience and a solid background in finance will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure alignment between physical and system counts.
• Support financial analysis and reporting to provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance-related role.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
