Certified General Appraiser (1099 / Independent Contractor)

Location: North Central Iowa | Field Work

We are partnering with the owners of Growthland, a respected agricultural real estate, appraisal, and business advisory firm based in various locations in the state of Iowa, in the search for an experienced Certified General Appraiser to join their independent contractor network.

Growthland's strongest need is in North Central Iowa, though they remain open to conversations with appraisers located in the Northwest or Northeast regions of the state of Iowa.

• Currently operating independently as a Certified General Appraiser and want access to stronger systems, tools, and administrative support

What We're Looking For

• Certified General Appraiser (Iowa or reciprocity eligible)
• Agricultural or rural property experience required
• Strong analytical, valuation, and narrative writing skills
• Reliable, self-directed, and professional communication style
