WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: At nVent Management Company, you will find an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills as an Electrician and contribute to our world-class manufacturing team! In this role, you will have the chance to work on ambitious projects, ensuring our products are flawless and meet the highest quality standards.
\n - Install and test electrical/electronic systems, circuits, and equipment.
\n - Install wireways, conduits, and cable trays to adhere to NEC code and customer specifications.
\n - Perform simple utility wire connections and understand electrical circuits.
\n - Read blueprints and perform conduit threading.
\n - Maintain and ensure tools are in good working condition.
\n - Train and mentor employees on your shift.
\n - Keep work areas clean and coordinated to ensure a safe environment.
\n - Prevent workplace injuries by following safety protocols and attending safety meetings.

YOU HAVE: \n - High school diploma or GED preferred.
\n - Vocational/technical degree in electricity or equivalent experience.
\n - Master or Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
\n - Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
\n - Experience with commercial and industrial equipment, MCCs, substation switchgear, and variable frequency drives.
