After-hours or weekend support may be needed from time to time for special projects. NO major holidays! Position Description A healthcare facility is looking for a computer sciences graduate with academic experience in Full Stack Development in Go, Python, Pandas, Requests, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both front-end and back-end development, as well as a desire to learn how to build cloud-based solutions using Azure services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, participate in multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality applications that drive business success. Key Responsibilities Maintain existing applications Contribute to ongoing application improvements Develop both front-end and back-end application components using Go, Python, HTML, CSS, HTMX and JavaScript Implement and maintain SQL databases Utilize Go, Python, Pandas, Requests, SQLAlchemy, Web Framework packages for data manipulation and API integrations Handle database management tasks Work with authentication protocols, specifically OAuth 2.0 Ensure secure application development practices Learn and implement Azure cloud-based solutions Participate in cloud infrastructure development Work with cross-functional teams Participate in multiple projects simultaneously Contribute to a fast-paced healthcare IT environment General Responsibilities Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines. Communicate all relevant IT events and issues with appropriate staff regularly and efficiently. Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Local travel is required, must have reliable transportation. Other related duties as directed. Technical Requirements Proficiency in Go and Python for back-end development. Proficiency in Pandas, Requests, SQLAlchemy, Web Framework packages. Proficiency in JavaScript for front-end development. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, HTMX, and frameworks such as React or NextJS. Knowledge of SQL databases and database management. Knowledge of authentication protocols, such as OAuth 2.0. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 2-3 years of on the job experience in Go and Python. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Experience working in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
